Do you ship outside of Metro Manila?

With the help of our logistics partners, we can ship anywhere in the Philippines.

Do you accept credit card payments?

As of now, we only accept cash, cheque and bank transfer. GCash is accepted for the purchase of smaller items such as spare parts or payment for services.

Can you do custom orders?

Yes, our company has worked with several clients in the design and fabrication of custom chilled/frozen display cases. Please visit our showroom and our team will gladly assist you.

Where are your products made?

Depending on the brand, our products are made in Taiwan, Japan and New Zealand. Custom showcases are all made in Taiwan.

I need to have my unit repaired, but it’s not a brand you carry.

Unfortunately, we do not repair or inspect units that are not sold by Sta. Ana Import Export, Inc. Please contact your dealer for after-sales services.

Do you sell second-hand or refurbished units?

We do not sell second-hand or refurbished units and parts.

What other kitchen equipment do you sell?

Our company is focused on commercial chillers and freezers, as well as ovens, microwaves, cooktops, holding cabinets, food warmers, griddles and pasta cookers. We do not sell items such as countertops, kitchen shelves and storage cabinets.
